Si View Metropolitan Parks District Aquatic Center Feasibility Study

EHDD, with ADG and B*K, completed an aquatic center feasibility study for the Si View Metropolitan Park District based on the needs and wants of the community, resulting in a proposed preferred design. The feasibility study included a market analysis based on demographics, recreational trends, interviews, and public outreach; an analysis of alternative options with public outreach and workshops; a detailed analysis of the preferred concept; estimated costs of the facility; and an operating model and budget analysis. Three different sites were studied and three options developed. Based on the study’s findings, EHDD proposed a 46,594 sq ft facility that included features to meet the goals of the Si View Community. The result was successful – a preferred option was selected, that will go to bond in Fall of 2022.
